QUANTUM WAVE PERSPECTIVE

Make ownership explicit

A research result can involve several teams. Name the technical owner, the decision-maker and the reviewer responsible for acceptance. Clarify who can change inputs, approve an evaluation and access its artifacts.

Review the environment

Identity, network boundaries, secrets, storage and retention affect how a workflow fits an organization. Existing implementation features are a starting point for review; they are not independent evidence of security or compliance.

Define acceptance in advance

Write down the supported scope, required evidence and unacceptable failure modes. Establish how incomplete verification and unsupported operations are reported. Unknown outcomes should remain visible to the decision-maker.

Treat adoption as a separate decision

A proof of value and a production deployment have different requirements. Deployment operations, incident handling, integration support and contractual commitments need their own assessment before adoption.
